DARE DELEGATING

In today’s training I will share one of the keys for business growth & that is to; Dare delegating. Have the courage to let go, to trust others, and to focus on what truly MATTERS – meaning where your brilliance lies and where you, as the owner, the leader & CEO, are the most NEEDED.

Imagine you spend 3 minutes every day on a repetitive administrative task. It might not seem like much, but over a year, that's 1,095 minutes or over 18 HOURS! What could you achieve with an additional 18 hours of focused work on your core business activities?

Also recognize that even though you might be good at many things, you shouldn't do everything. Don't be the bottleneck that hinders your business's growth. When you build & entrust your team with responsibilities and create the right circumstances, they can perform exceptionally.
For start-ups, hiring an assistant for just one hour per week can also be a game-changer.
