In today’s blog post, I’m sharing a simple hack to build both confidence and self-esteem in just two minutes a day. Here’s what to do:

1. Step 1:
Stand in front of your mirror and look yourself in the eye.

2. Step 2:
Say this powerful sentence out loud: “I’m so proud of you, [your name].”

3. Step 3:
Share two successes, wins, or achievements of the day. This will boost your confidence and trust in your abilities.

4. Step 4:
Next, share two things that boost your self-esteem, focusing on who you are and what makes you valuable beyond your achievements.

The key here is consistency. The more you speak these affirmations aloud, the stronger they become. And doing this in front of a mirror makes the words even more impactful.

This simple daily habit will help you strengthen both your confidence and self-esteem, making you feel more grounded and empowered, no matter what’s happening in your outer world.

Make this practice part of your daily routine. Your growth starts with fully believing in yourself.
