This three-step practice encourages setting boundaries and valuing yourself as much as you value others.

Step 1: Reflect and Forgive  
Identify a situation when you've put someone else’s needs above your own. Without judging yourself or others, recognize this pattern and acknowledge that you’re ready to change.

Step 2: Start Each Day with an Empowering Mantra  
Use the phrase, “Today, I choose what feels good for me.” This is a powerful reminder that will change both your self-talk and your results.

Step 3: Set Boundaries with Intention  
Choose one action you’ll take next time to prioritize yourself, or write down a phrase so you know exactly what to say instead.

By following these steps, you’ll begin to re-establish a self-worth that’s rooted in who you are, helping you feel more balanced and empowered in every area of life.
