THE 3 STEPS TO RECLAIM YOUR PERSONAL POWER

Most of us, as women, have been conditioned from a young age to be the "good girl" - the one who pleases everyone and puts others' needs first.
While this mindset may have helped us feel loved and safe as children, it's not serving us as empowered leaders today.

Your worth is not dependent on other people’s validation or opinion of you.
It's time to break free from this old, outdated pattern and step into the bold CEO that you are truly meant to be and really own it.
YOU are the CEO of your life and you are the CEO of your work and business!

Here are 3 steps to help you make the shift:

Step 1. Identify Your Good Girl Moments
Start by recognizing when and with whom you fall back into the good girl role. In what situations, for example at work, with your team, or in your personal life and relationships, does it often happen?

Step 2. Create an Action Plan
Write down specific things you can say and do in these situations to challenge your old programming. What words and phrases can you use in these situations and with these people to stay in your power? What would you say or do if no one else was there? Trust yourself and choose what's best for you and your business.

Step 3. Practice Every Day
Challenge yourself daily to take at least one small action that disrupts your good girl behavior. Over time, you will stop being trapped in this role and unleash the bold, confident CEO within you.

It’s time to rewrite your story, reclaim your worth, and lead from a place of empowerment!
